This is a generic USB dew heater strap for 4" scopes in excellent condition. It is similar to the Astromania version, but it does not have the stretchy velcro that lets you use this on scopes that are slightly larger than 4". It fits a 4SE perfectly, with complete heater element coverage around the full circumference.
