Shipping Times

Packages are shipped by First Class or Priority USPS from Denver, CO.

Final orders will ship Monday, August 14th. That is sufficient time for Priority mail orders to reach anywhere in the continental U.S. by Thursday, August 17th. 

  • First Class typically takes 3-7 days (depending on location).
  • Priority is 1-3 days depending on distance.
  • You are responsible for selecting an appropriate shipping option. The times listed here are for general reference, and may vary for your specific location.

A note about delivery of eclipse glasses 4-packs

The package they ship in is quite small - a 6”x9” manila envelope. USPS will typically slip it in with your regular mail, and the carrier may mark it as delivered early (which they shouldn’t of course). If you receive a notification that your package was delivered and it wasn't yet, don't panic. Check your regular mail, or ask your postal carrier. 

Canadian Customers

I have removed Canadian shipping options, as delivery prior to the eclipse can not be guaranteed. We suggest looking for a Canadian eclipse products supplier.

Eclipse Glasses

If you are still looking for eclipse glasses, you might try another vendor from the from the AAS Reputable Vendor List for solar filters and viewers. At last check, had limited stock of 25-packs.

Our glasses are all ISO/CE certified, and manufactured by American Paper Optics. We are listed as a reputable vendor on the American Astronomical Society's Eclipse Viewer Manufacturers and Vendors page. We are listed as "AstroBox/".

    Sorry, but given the event-driven nature of Eclipse Kit products, I do not accept returns. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact me, and I will do what I can to resolve the issue. Once an order ships, it cannot be refunded.


    Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same item, reply to your order email to contact me. Please include a description of the issue.

    Final shipments will go out on August 14th. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued after August 14th. Customer support will not be available from August 14th - August 23rd.
